Happy Finish is a global network of creative production studios working with global brands and organizations to develop award winning content and immersive technology experiences.

At HF, we’ve always stood at the intersection of high-quality digital content production and immersive technology.  We seek a Production Co-Ordinator to support ongoing photographic post-production projects at our North American Studio in Portland, OR.

You will be joining a world-class team that strives to consistently post-produce best in class digital imagery at scale.  It’s an exciting time for Happy Finish with new offices in Milan and Verona, augmenting our London and Portland based operations.  We’re looking for efficient, detail-oriented production talent to take this journey with us.

Harness our reputation, creativity, and partnerships, to scale our offering, producing industry leading content solutions for our global clients.

At HF, we value creativity, quality, efficiency and flexibility. We are solution focused, and value freedom and responsibility as two sides of the same coin.

You will be an integral part of our day-to-day client facing production team, supporting our senior producers to facilitate the asset trafficking, quality control, resource assignment, prioritization and reporting of ongoing digital imagery requests to and from our clients. You will ensure that our teams consistently deliver world-class visual content on time and to budget to drive our clients advertising, marketing and commerce platforms.

You will display the following key traits:

-Detail Oriented:

Do you like double (or triple) checking your work against multiple sources to ensure accurate data entry? Then this might be the right role for you! Your role requires that new info is checked against multiple systems to ensure that actionable data is correct, and sense checked before data entry, to ensure that the correct workflow automations and resources are triggered.

-Strong initiative:

You will have a strong desire to continually optimize and improve the systems and workflows you interact with. At HF we are always striving for quality and efficiency and value self-starters who are able to contribute to this important aspect of our culture.

-Able to work collaboratively over distance: Lone wolves need not apply. Our team relies on consistent and clear communication between remote project coordinators, clients and production artists. It's important that you not only engage in communication but encourage to collaborate also. You will be willing to ask questions and repeat answers in the pursuit of clarity. You will encourage a culture of problem solving and collaboration with a view to accuracy and efficiency wherever possible.

-A natural problem solver:

The nature of our client’s needs means that our deliverable prioritizations and asset requirements can change frequently.  At times, this can lead to confusion and uncertainty; it's important that you are able to use context, intuition and experience to generate go-forward solutions. As projects evolve, new problems arise, some of which that will not have been encountered before and while it's always great to talk things through, to avoid slowing down delivery it’s important that you have the confidence and experience to understand how to triage issues and self-solve independently where able.
